Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your AuraSprint account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- 1. Open the AuraSprint app.
- 2. Go to Profile > Settings.
- 3. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.

Method 2: Email Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, please send an email from your registered email address:

Your email address, learning progress, vocabulary notebooks, and personalized settings.
⏳ Processing Timeline:
We will process your request and delete all data within 30 business days.
