Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraSprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Service Description and AI Disclaimer

AuraSprint is a vocabulary learning application provided by FluentLabs ("we"). We use artificial intelligence (AI) to provide personalized tutoring and content generation.

Important Disclaimer regarding AI:

  • Educational Use Only: The AI tutor is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional translation or language certification.
  • Accuracy and Hallucinations: Artificial Intelligence is known to occasionally generate incorrect information ("hallucinations"). FluentLabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by the AI. You acknowledge that you use AI features at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions: AuraSprint offers auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions to access premium features.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. User Conduct

You represent and warrant that you will not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or hateful (including abusive language toward the AI).
  • Attempt to "jailbreak," reverse engineer, or manipulate the AI to ignore its safety protocols.
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these rules.

5. Account Termination and Inactivity

  • Termination by User: You may stop using the App at any time.
  • Inactivity Policy: To maintain system performance, we reserve the right to delete free accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (e.g., more than 6 months). This action is permanent and includes the removal of all learning data associated with the account.
  • Termination for Cause: We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All software, design, and original learning materials in AuraSprint are the property of FluentLabs.
  • Your Data: You retain ownership of your personal learning progress data. By using the app, you grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluentLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by friendly negotiation or submitted to the competent court in the location where the developer resides.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
